LEAP

The Learning, Engagement, and Action Program

LEAP is a series of focused trainings designed to help teams tackle the real-life challenges that slow progress. From conflict resolution and active listening to bias, grief, and disaster recovery, each session is built to spark insight and strengthen relationships.

Participants will learn the most common reasons conflict occurs, be given powerful tools for resolving conflict, and have the opportunity to practice addressing conflict with peers.

2. Disaster Recovery: Healing & Hope

3 HRS

This training is important for any individual or community impacted by a disaster and will be tailored to the specific needs of your group. Suitable for the aftermath of a violent crime, natural disaster, accident, or traumatic event.

3. Key to Connection: Active Listening

2 HRS

Listening is the key to connection and understanding and yet we’re only getting worse at it. This training covers why active listening is essential for reducing stress, building healthy relationships, and increasing productivity.

4. Embracing Uncertainty

2 HRS

Uncertainty has become the norm and not everyone is equipped to handle change with ease, especially in teams. This fun training is focused on building more connected, effective, and resilient teams through gaining comfort with uncertainty.

5. Bias, Prejudice & Discrimination

3 HRS

This training takes a fresh evidence-based and non-judgmental approach to understanding bias, prejudice, and discrimination. Participants will gain tools to identify their own biases and prejudices and address them.

6. Foundational Tools for Connection

2 HRS

The perfect training for any organization or group that focuses on the foundation of healthy relationships. Your participants will leave better connected to one another and ready to build healthier connections in all aspects of their lives.

7. Identifying Misinformation

3 HRS

Did I get it right? Why are our brains often attracted to misinformation? This training offers opportunities for participants to test their ability to sort between fact and fiction and leaves them with tools to identify and avoid it.

8. Building a Healthy Board of Directors

2 HRS

The perfect training for any nonprofit board of directors, old or new. It covers relationship basics, conflict resolution skill, and opportunities to deepen interpersonal relationships.

9. Supporting Caregiving Professionals

Helping the Helpers: Burnout and stress are real for nurses, doctors, teachers, and all those in caregiving professions. This training takes a fresh look at self-care and covers essential tools caregivers need to stay healthy.

10. Navigating Loss: Effective Grieving

Participants will learn why grieving is necessary and important and gain powerful tools to successfully manage both first and second-hand grief.
